DESCRIPTION: INVITATION OF BIDS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION OF NEWSPAPERS FOR THE DME FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (02) YEARS. COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION WILL BE HELD ON THE 17TH OF JUNE 2009 AT 08H00 AT THE DME HEAD OFFICE. EVALUATION WILL BE BASED ON THE 90/10 PRINCIPLE. ADJUDICATION WILL BE DONE IN TERMS OF THE PPPFA.
