The South African Designated National Authority (DNA) for Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) invites all CDM stakeholders and interested parties to participate in CDM Promotion and Capacity Building workshops.
These will be held in the following areas:

- KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Workshop, Durban: 23 June 2009
- Free-State Provincial workshop, Bloemfontein, 15 July 2009
- Carbon Financing Workshop, Pretoria: 20 August 2009
- Eastern Cape , Provincial Workshop , Pretoria: 09 September 2009
- North-west Provincial Workshop, Rustenburg: 17 September 2009
- Mpumalanga Provincial Workshop Witbank : 07 October 2009
- Western Cape Provincial Workshop, Cape Town:20 October 2009
- Northern Cape Provincial Workshop, Kimberley: 05 November 2009
- Limpopo Provincial Workshop, Polokwane: 18 November 2009
The objectives of the workshops are to introduce you to Clean Development Mechanism (CDM), global warming phenomenon and to promote potential CDM activities.
The Workshops Programme will cover the following aspects:
